how can everyone speak english but brits cant spk nething?

does any1 know y brits cant speak german/french/hindi but every1 can speak english to a fluent level? i know some people on the english forum are german and their english is better than most people i know who are white british male! this has been confusing me how every1 is gd at languages aside us brits?

Doom 3 problem: Screen Flashes

Hello, I have a problem with Doom 3, when I try to play a message saying that it couldn't load default. cfg appears and then it crashes, however this only happens when I use the Desktop shortcut if I use the startmenu shortcut I can play but when I am in the game the screen starts to flash when i move.

Will SDRAM Work Along Side DDRAM?

Hi. I have a 256DDR RAM stick in my PC. I also got a 128MB SDRAM stick. They are both running at PC133.I was wondering if I put my 128MB stick in, would it work? Yes I have the DDR RAM stick in DDR RAM slot (obviously) and I also have a SDRAM slot in my mobo so no I wasn't planning to but the SDRAM stick in my DDR ...

Why does IE not show correctly images? Most of the time i get an red X instead of the correct image. PLEASE HELP ME cause i am out of ideeas I attached a screenshot to understand better what i mean.
