Trouble installing Nvidia drivers

163.71_forceware_winxp_32bit_english_beta is the name of the driver I am trying to install. I can get it started and almost finish installing before I am told that this driver is not signed with Windows XP and is not compatible, even though the driver seems to be.

I am wondering what the difference in performance would be between a 8400 G w/ 256 MB vs. the 8400 GS w/ 128MB I know that the main difference between the cards is the number of rendering pipelines.

Somehow I don't think they were aiming for the 3dmark obsessed market when they designed the processor. :P Maybe they were aiming for people that have real uses for high speed cpus.
