nvidia 43.45 driver issue

ok i'm pretty sure it's the drivers causing this problem. . . after installing the drivers, i rebooted and now every time i restart or cold boot, my monitor completely shuts off for about 5 seconds right after the XP splash screen.

Can anyone give me a guide to make a video file as SMALL as possible while keeping a decent quality ? I keep ending up with 10Mb files, low quality, and only 25 seconds of video.

This is just a small list if you want it AtoZ XP in HELP AND SUPPORT HAS THEM ALL. . . . just type in the SEARCH FIELD COMMAND LINE and at the bottom of the search results you'll see COMMAND LINE REFERANCE this is all the NEW commands in XP as well as OLD ones too :o).

Battlefield 1942 problem.

Im having real trouble playing Battlefield 1942, it's lagging beyond unacceptable, and I don't understand why, my hardware is good enough to run this game smoothly.

I remember seeing the link to a guide wich explained how to restore old monitors. . . My monitor is old, dark, and really acting weird, and I'd like to try the stuff in that guide before buying a new one.

Unreal 2 sound problems

Just been out and bought Unreal 2, installed it, and it runs like a dream. Only problem I have is the sound. On the first intro screen where it says company names, the sound is fine, but when I start a new game, the sound is really crackly and slightly distorted.
