It's quite interesting, since I installed SP4 over SP3 I never had any problems from the list mentioned on MS. Sys specs:PIII/800EB/256SDRAM/133(2 sticks PQI), RIVA TNT2 M64/32MB, HDD/Samsung 40GB, W2K Professional.

sp4 is the worst thing for win2k! many programs don't work and i cannot play battlefield 1942!!! SP3 4ever! fast and stable!
