The Xclio 188A is one of the best budget chassis' I've worked with. Not only is this case very classy looking, the cooling is superb and there is plenty of room inside for most systems. The 250mm fan does its job quietly and efficiently and the integrated fan speed controller is a welcome feature.
OCZ VBoost Review
Since the launch of Windows Vista quite a few memory makers have released special "ReadyBoost ready" USB drives. This basically means that these drives are fast enough to take advantage of the new ReadyBoost feature in Vista. A few weeks ago OCZ released their first ReadyBoost drive, the OCZ VBoost. The VBoost flash drive from OCZ is available in 1GB, 2GB and 4GB capacities. In this review DV Hardware takes a closer look at the 1GB OCZ VBoost.
RIM BlackBerry Curve 8300
Alright, this is not fun. RIM recently added the BlackBerry Curve 8300 into its product mix, and what?s annoying is the updated version is now available only after a few months of the original 8800. For you 8800 users, we feel your pain. However, let?s be a little more positive. The BlackBerry Curve 8300 is the next version of the 8800 series from RIM, and interestingly enough, it combines the features from the Pearl 8100 and 8800 and turns them into a device that?s a hybrid of the two. That?s cool.
Saitek 3200dpi Mouse Review
Saitek grabs the crown of fastest mouse with the GM3200. ExtremeTech reviews the beast and finds a lot to like about it, such as its on-the-fly dpi switching button, programmable buttons, and so forth. It's a pretty solid mouse, it seems, and they rank it up there with the likes of Logitech and Razer.
XP vs. Vista - A Tale of Framerates
A hotly debated and often-lamented issue with Vista is that it doesn?t appear to perform as well in 3D gaming as its predecessor, Windows XP. While some have reported no change in performance, we?ve seen poor driver support in Vista cause serious problems with performance and overall compatibility in various gaming titles. While we?d like to take readers? testimony at face-value, we felt the need to go and find out what the hub-bub is about and put hard numbers on this supposed performance discrepancy.
Kingston DataTraveler ReadyFlash review
These days flash drives are pretty mainstream. One flash drive can easily be used thousands of times and they are more convenient than other portable storage media like DVDs. Almost every PC out there, unless it's one from the Stone Age, will be able to send data to your USB memory stick and to do that you don't need to install any software at all. USB sticks are very easy to use, very portable, most models are pretty fast and they offer lots of storage room. Today I'm taking a closer look at the Kingston DataTraveler ReadyFlash. This is a fairly new USB 2.0 drive which is optimized to take full advantage of Windows Vista's new ReadyBoost feature.
Zerotherm GX815 VGA Cooler Review
ZEROtherm's new GS815 Gamer Edition VGA cooler is a great product that has good performance, is very quiet, easily installed and looks good to boot. It's compact size and quiet operation make it a very attractive solution for gamers and HTPC enthusiasts alike. The included ramsinks and mounting options only serve to sweeten the deal, but its best feature may be its modest price.
1000W Power Supply Unit Roundup
Traditionally, the reaching of a next round number in the specification of any PC device is considered a great achievement. The first 1GHz processor, the first 1GB memory module, the first 1TB hard disk. Alas, this is not the same with power supplies. While the memory amount and the CPU frequency have their own practical worth because they allow a faster and better execution of ever more sophisticated computing tasks, the PSU is only needed to service the other system components.
Super Talent 2GB T1000UX2G5 DDR2-1000
MBReview has released their latest review, this time giving Super Talent's 2GB T1000UX2G5 RAM kit a good run through. This kit offers improved cooling over Super Talent's own DDR2-1066 kit, better performance, good overclocking and more. If you're in the market for some high speed DDR2, give this review a look.
DFI Lan Party UT NF680I LT SLI-T2R Review
In the Enthusiast hardware world "custom" is the name of the game. This is not a hard and fast rule but when you look at what people do to get the best performance you cannot deny that enthusiasts like to change things. It might start with something simple like the addition of watercooling or something extreme like a voltage mod so help stabilize an overclock, either way the system is no longer stock.

Sans Digital MS2UT eSATA RAID Subsystem Review
QNAP is one of the many new companies which aim to satisfy the growing need for external storage solutions. In this product review, I will take a close look at their MobileSTOR MS2UT eSATA RAID direct attached storage (DAS) enclosure. This enclosure offers RAID-0 and RAID-1 capability, with high-speed transfers available up to 1.5Gbps through eSATA cable, or 480Mbps with USB 2.0.
EPoX Optimus EP-AD580 XR Motherboard Review
The AD580 XR motherboard has all of the features you would expect from a Crossfire compatible motherboard and if you're in the market for an ATI graphics card would make an excellent choice. The board has 6 SATA ports, and many expansion slots, making it an excellent choice for the tweaker that wants to expand.
Hiper Type-R 580w Power Supply Review @ HL
The evolution of the ATX power supply seems to be a constant process as computer hardware becomes more powerful and power hungry. First we had simple units with three basic +3.3V, +5V, and +12V rails, then came extra features like Power Factor Correction (PFC) to help deliver cleaner, more efficient power, then came the introduction of SATA hard drives and the PCI-Express interface spurring on the introduction of a new ATX 12v 2.0 standard.
Antec Veris MX-1 Enclosure Review @ XSReviews
External HDD enclosures have always been just a box with a USB cord out the back. No regard was given to cooling, or very high speed access. But today I have the Antex Veris MX-1 enclosure with not only e-SATA support, but a large blower fan that circulates air around your HDD.
Noctua NC-U6 Chipset Cooler Review @ OCC
Can you hear it? Silence, that's one of the calling cards for the Noctua NC-U6 chipset cooler we will be looking at today. This chipset cooler features heatpipe cooling, 29 aluminum fins, soldered connections and you guessed it, no fans. With today's hot-running chipsets, the stock cooling is marginal at best. For those who want to reach for and achieve the highest possible clock speeds, replacing the chipset cooling with something better is not optional - it is mandatory.
Antec TP3-650 TruePower Trio 650W PSU Review
Anyone who has suffered the failure of a low-end power supply will tell you: not all power supply units are created equal. While every journalist has their own system for reviewing a power supply, my review will take a very detailed look at the Antec TruePower Trio 650W PSU at every angle and submit the unit to battery of torture tests in order to ensure it will provide any computer system with stable power.
Cooler Master GeminII CPU Cooler Review
The Cooler Master GeminII comes packaged in a nice little cardboard box that also has a handle on the top for carrying the product. The box provides a lot of information pertaining to the Cooler Master GeminII. On the front you have a window that allows you to see the coolers heatpipes. On one of the ends and the back of the box you will see a temperature comparison against a stock cooler and a full chart listing the compatible processors that the Cooler Master GeminII works with.

OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 2GB Kit PC2-8500/DDR2-1066 Memory Review
Ocinside.de has published an overclocking review of some High-End DDR2 memory modules. The new OCZ PC2-8500 2GB Reaper HPC edition DDR2 RAM looks extraordinarily good and offers high overclocking, thanks to the excellent heatpipe cooling. OCZ permits the users to operate the modules with up to 2.35 V without loosing the OCZ Lifetime Warranty and this Vmem should be enough to achieve very good overclocking results. If you like to know if the memory is also well overclockable with the default 1.80 Volt and what you're able to expect with an voltage increasment higher than 2.30 Volt, you shouldn't miss this review.
OCZ HydroJet CPU Cooler Review @ HS
OCZ is going to launch a new self-contained liquid cooler for CPUs, called HydroJet. Physically it appears to be a big conventional CPU cooler, but on the inside it is a complete sealed water-cooling system in just one piece. The main advantage is that you will have the performance of a water-cooling system but without going thru the hassle of assembling a complicated system or having tubes carrying liquids inside your PC. We had the opportunity to take a look on the prototype for this product, so let?s take a look on what the forthcoming HydroJet CPU cooler looks like.
