playing some sound files, well most, in media player 9

Hi, Ive recently noticed the beggining of a lot of my sound files seem to slow down when I play them in media player 9 (sort slur a bit when i start playing them).

I ain't never satisifed. . . lol looking for some advice here. the specs for my system (below), seem to be the highest stable fsb overclock I can achieve. while this number is very respectable, i kinda feel like i should be able to do better.

Nascar 2003 Season problem

Hey everyone ;-) Ive just downloaded the Nascar 2003 Season demo & I have this weird problem, the game stutters quite poorly, for instance if I turn on the framerate counter (F) I see im getting around 50fps but then every 2-3 seconds it suddenly drops for a split second down to say 20fps.

here's my highest on 3d mark so far and the config that got me there. maybe those of you with similar hardware might find the info useful, because i have achieved this with full stability and 105 degrees farenheit with a stock hsf and two 80mm case fans.

Basically, I have an 80 GB and a 120 GB HD What I would like to do is create an 160 GB (2 x 80 GB) striped volume using dynamic disks between the two of them, with a 40 GB simple volume in the remaining space on the larger.

GF 2 + VIA KT133 = AGP 2x?!?!

I have a Biostar M7VKB Ver-2 in my server and a GeForce 2 MX200 in there as well, both board and card support AGP 4x yet it will only run in AGP 2x. Are there any jumpers or anything to fix this, it has a VIA KT133 chipset, and I know this is a problem for many people but none know how to fix it, do you? :evil: Thanks.
