External Agent Sessions now let developers resume work started in other tools, though continuing these sessions typically requires a Copilot subscription. Microsoft has also rolled back the sandboxing rollout for local agents to zero percent as it shifts engineering focus to the new host infrastructure and a new single-pane default layout.
