8 members of the US Congress bi-partisan privacy caucus led, sent a letter to Google CEO Larry Page looking for answers and assurances in respect to personal privacy with the new Google Glass product. The letter addresses eight areas of concern about what and how data will be collected and used with this new device.

"As members of the Congressional Bi-Parti san Privacy Caucus, we are curious whether this new technology could infringe on the privacy of the average American. Because GoogleG lass has not yet been released and we are unce11ain of Google 's plans to incorporate privacy protections into the device, there are still a number of unanswered questions that we share."
