These processors, designed to fit into the existing socket, showcase an intriguing architecture, particularly when viewed without heat spreaders, revealing their multiple chiplets (CCDs) that each contain eight cores. Interestingly, the HEDT models do not utilize all available chips, resulting in a total of 32 cores being absent in the final configuration of the 64-core variant.
