Novell has signed an agreement that delivers them one of the largest commercial Linux distributions - SuSE Linux. The price for SuSE: $210 million.
At the same time Novel, a longtime Microsoft competitor, had an investment of $50 million from IBM, who also is a known supporter of the OpenSource OS.
