Bioware has released a new patch for Neverwinter Nights which updates the game to version 1.22. Bioware recommends that you update the game by selecting 'Update' from the Neverwinter Nights game launcher.

Here are the fixes in this patch:

Fixed Intellect Devourer not spawning in certain cross-version save games.
Fixed Skill lists disappearing.
Fixed 3 memory leaks.
