Trackpoint - intermittent button problem

These updated drivers are the same ones that were posted here last weekend. They have the 3232 direct3d and 3008 opengl. They still fail with the infinite loop issues.

I have a T21, and the trackpoint select button (the left click button) sometimes takes 2 or 3 clicks to register. Is there a way to clean the contacts on this button without taking the laptop to service?
