Simple Taskbar has released its most feature-rich version yet, V68, which includes a dynamic now-playing music pill for the dock and improved integration with Blur My Shell, allowing independent blurring for the dock and panel. The update also enhances secondary-monitor support, dock resizing, and restores GNOME animations in default panel mode, alongside various bug fixes addressing fractional scaling and drag behavior. Following the release, a quick patch, V69, was issued to address crashes caused by the new features.
