MangoWM 0.16.2, a Wayland compositor fork of dwl, dropped today, serving as a stabilization patch following a rapid 16-day release cadence. The update brings native ICC profile support for color-accurate workflows and expands the mmsg IPC system with device watch notifications and new dispatch commands. Maintainer @DreamMaoMao addressed two regressions from the preceding 0.16.1 release by fixing global input leaks into device rules and untrapping keyboards bound via devicerule from exiting the overview tab switcher. You can grab the patch via Arch Linux (yay -S mangowm-git) or pull packages for Fedora, Gentoo, NixOS, and other supported distributions.
