Stardock's LogonStudio is a free program that allows users to easily customize new logon screens for Windows XP. Rather than requiring a resource hacker and downloads of .EXE files, LogonStudio uses a scripting language to allow anyone to create customized .LOGONXP files (archived in ZIP format) that can be sent to other users.
