DirectX Buster is a DirectX uninstaller for Windows 95 and above. It supports DirectX from Version 5 (DirectX 3 not testet but should work properly) up to DirectX 8a including all new components. Also DXBuster is said to be able to reset the expire date of DX 8.1 Beta... You can download it here.
