APNG Assembler is designed for creating APNG animation from PNG/TGA image sequences.

APNG Assembler includes a number of optimization techniques for making APNG files as small as possible like inter-frame optimization utilizing alpha-blend and dispose operations, smaller than the full-size subframes, dirty transparency, color type and palette optimizations, and various compression options: zlib, 7zip, Zopfli.

Command-line version is available for all major operating systems, as well as GUI version for Windows - both of which are included in the MajorGeeks download. C++ source code is available under zlib license.
