Under Win 98SE, with this version, it's impossible to format a blank CDRW for INCD. When a blank CDR or a blank CDRW is mounted in the writer (plextor 12 10 32 A), the PC hangs until the CD is out. So I've to go back to INCD 3.14 and all works fine.
