No, ATI already have Driverheaven.

ATi has done an outstanding job of participating in the many private hardware boards, they don't NEED their own forums. The only reason nVidia opened their own is to try and emulate ATi's great public relations, but while still trying to maintain control. I'm giving it a chance, I'm taking this as a good sign from nVidia.

Thought Driverheaven just deleted anything negative said about ATi.
