Cant blame them. Everyone glory's ATI regardless what they do, and whine about Nvidia, regardless what they do.

true, Nvidia is ruling with the 6800 and still fanAtics claim that Ati is superior, now that pure fanboyism...

Lol, Thanks for the laugh!

People go for speed, price and features, often in that order. NVidia's Ultra card costs as much as ATI's platinum card, and there Nvidia loose. NVidia's Ultra card costs $100 more than ATI's pro card, and there NVidia loose's. After the ones that are mostly concerned about speed and price have bought their ATI card, there arent many left for Nvidia's features. If they would lower their Ultra card with 100$, to the same level of Pro, they would have won this time though, delivering an equally fast card, at the same price, but with extra sugar on top. Its to bad.

Yeah but think about the fact there are no fair benches to be found yet. The Nvidia cards should be tested no with the latest drivers AND optimisations ON just like Ati's cards.

Ok check the review on Guru3D, there they are both tested with optimisations ON, the radeons have catalyst 4.6 (latest) and Geforce is still with 60.72 (first with 6800 support) and still the 6800 Ultra manages to win 5 tests, and Ati wins 4 tests with 3Dmark03 and shadermark included, those are not real games so that definately makes the 6800U the winner there...

Appearently nVidia has not released a "final" driver for 6800 yet. This is the second of their "suicide" mistakes. And it does show in the benchies... as salt in their wounds.

And all this nVidia support for a card that ain't even available yet! The Dig says with a smug grin, "No comment".

I've had both nVidia and ATI cards. I was always impressed with the speed of the nVidia cards, and have always been impressed with the image quality of the Radeons. Honestly, I could care less about this FUD deal. It makes no difference to me and usually seems to be a waste of energy and resources. People should just buy what they prefer. I currently have a Sapphire 9800 Pro and couldn't be happier. My previous GeForceFX 5900 was great as well, never had any problems.
