A great, free, highly praised program that is widely used by the community. And you dont actually want to pay him for his work? Where did you get the idea that when people give things to the community, they "pay you back" by actually wanting to be paid for their work. When you open your own business one day, or even start to work for somebody else, I wonder if you expect a salary of some sorts? :P
