I doubt that's the final patch it's exactly the same as the beta patch that was leaked months ago. Besides, until Valve releases it, there aren't going to be many servers to play on. I still think they're just after hits. News SPAM, if you like.

Inside the .zip is a 1006-1008 installer that's dated 7-14-01, today is 9-16-01 so the earlier comment is 100% correct.
I, for one, hope icrontic goes out of business for such shoddy practices.
