Not only that, but the K8T800-based MSI K8T Master2 put in a stellar showing in our dual Opteron workstation motherboard round up not long ago.

OCIA.net checks out the Everglide GIGANTA V-3 Mousepad in their latest review. Here's a snip.

Here is how the mousepad came to me, just some basic shrink wrap to keep the USB cable from getting mangled. As you can see, the mousepad is quite large, measuring 9 1/2" tall, 11 1/2" wide, and 1/4" deep. The USB cable is also 5' long, to make sure it reaches your computer, no matter where you put it.

ASUS Terminator 2 Review

Published by [NT] 0

Do you remember the ASUS Terminator 1? I didn’t think so. Neither did I. But the ASUS Terminator is back, with the introduction of the Terminator 2 (T2-P). This system offers an alternative on many aspects of small form factor computing, combining some of the best features of SFF married with the features and thermals of a larger tower system.

ASUS is well known for their ATX-sized motherboards, video card solutions, and various PC peripherals, but their latest venture into the world of SFF is perhaps lesser known. The T2-P is the second generation of their Terminator line, providing a sleek case combined with the custom ASUS P4P8T motherboard. Powered by the Intel i865G + ICH5 chipset, the system supports the latest Pentium 4 Northwood and Prescott processors up to 3.4 GHz.

Foxconn 755A01-6EKRS Motherboard Review

Published by [NT] 0

Bryan McDaniel at Overclockers Club has completed a 19 page review on the Foxconn 755A01-6EKRS Motherboard based on the SiS755+964 chipset. Here is a quote from the review:
"Well, I must say, this board surprised me. I expected this motherboard, from a company I had never heard of, to suck. I guess it just goes to show, you can't judge a book by it's cover. It may not have stomped the Chaintech motherboard in all of the test, but it did show better results in well over half the test. When you factor that in with the cost of the two boards, the Foxconn clearly stands out as the better price/performance motherboard ($85 vs $165). Though I will say the Chaintech board still stands out if you are looking for overclocking and extras."
