Logitech Z5300 5.1 Speaker System

Published by Newsfactory 0

GeekExtreme.com has released a review of the Logitech Z5300 5.1 Speaker System.

Logitech didn't drop the ball with these speakers, which are as crisp and clean as ever, with an impressive midrange and deep, rich bass. Distortion actually occurs from the rattling of things in my house before it occurs in the speakers themselves when raising the volume. Indeed, sitting next to the speakers becomes painful to the ears long before you are able to dial up the volume to max. At two bars on the guage on the remote, the speakers are loud and clear, and can be heard in my basement from outside my house.

Dell Hardware @ Anandtech

There are a couple of interesting reviews up at Anandtech. Although they solely concentrate on Dell hardware at least one of them might be interesting for you to check out: 1. Dell UltraSharp 2001FP Preview: Gaming LCDs for the masses What does the LCD industry lack right now? 1600x1200 low response time LCDs, of course! Dell didn?t hesitate to capitalize on the needs of gamers, so get ready as we take a first look at the quite amazing Dell 2001FP. Designing a 1600x1200 LCD for gamers was no accident. If you're a casual browser through our forums, you may note the dozens of inquiries about availability of low response time 1600x1200 LCDs. While 1600x1200 LCDs do exist (Dell 2000FP, for example), none of them have been able to pack the punch as a 16ms response time offering.

Beyond3D has a 3DMark03 Patch 3.4.0 performance and image quality analysis up, using cards from ATi, nVidia, and even Matrox.

DataFuse.net wrote a review about Zalman ZM-RS6F 5.1 Real Surround Sound.

Here's a quote:

"When word around the campfire was that Zalman was about to introduce a 5.1 Headset I didn't really believe people were serious, but a couple weeks later, Zalman send me one. These days - while the economy is bad - I can imagine companies try to introduce products that aren't really part of their production-field, just to cranck up their profits, I'm not saying Zalman is doing bad, not at all, but when looking at one of these products you've got to keep in mind that the manufacturer is new to all this. "This case brings back fond memories of my Lian Li. It's weird, as I still have my Lian Li... but the point is, I STILL feel good about my purchase of the PC-60, even to this day! The PC-60 will go down in my books as one of those products where it's just plain hard to have buyers remorse over. So, the question I was asking myself in this review was, "Is this case a keeper?
