PSU Without Fans Reviewed

Published by [NT] 0

Rainer over @ Teschke.de send words that he has finished his review about the RSG power supply, which works without any fans.
Here´s a snip from the review:The RSG powersupply seems to work very well . We didnt notice any instabilities, even under 3D applications which needs the full power of every component working in the system. During working with standard applications the temperature was approximately 38° C . The black heatsink (outside the case) has a very practical value because it transfers part of the heat outside the case. Read the review over here

Bartons and AMD CPU Info

Published by Newsfactory 0

I was just over @ Overclockers.com and I see they have posted some details of upcoming barton CPU....Here's a snip.

Higher Numbers Doesn't Mean More Speed AMD will tack on a couple hundred points to the old PR to account for the increased cache Barton will have (and its 166MHz FSB). This is perfectly legitimate, but will create the anamoly of the 2500+ Barton actually running at a lower speed than the 2400+ TBred, leading no doubt to shock and denunciations from the conceptually challenged.
