Highpoint posted the first HPT 373 RAID controller software on their drivers page. The revision number is 1.0 and there is also the accompanying RAID administrator tool available sporting version 2.1. As this is a yet to be introduced product (havn't seen availability anywhere yet) this is just FYI: HPT 374 Driver Page

It looks like the official Nvidia Detonator 21.85 drivers are on the VisionTek website.

These are the 8500 SMOOTHVISION enabled drivers we have been waiting for. They will be officially announced today at Comdex. Someone jumped the gun and posted them for about 5 minutes earlier yesterday but these drivers were pulled pretty quick. ATI are finally ready to deliver a new driver revision that improves performance and enables SMOOTHVISION.

Currently only for the 8500/8500LE set of cards. and Anandtech is giving them a shot here.

Saw it just over @ 3dSoundSourge. For all TerraTec Users out there: Christopher pointed out Terratec site has a list of WindowsXP support for new and old cards. From a gaming perspective (that is offer good 3D sound support) all "new" cards which includes SiXPack 5.1+ (CS4630 based), DMX Xfire 1024 (CS4624 based), TerraTec 512i digital (FM801 based) and DMX 6fire 24/96 all got WDM drivers that Terratec says will work with Windows XP as we mentioned before.. HP-Tech has updated their drivers page to be ready when newly introduced IDE-Controller products hit the retail shelves. The new page now is set for the following products: HPT - 374

HPT - 366 (now with beta drivers) What's really noteworthy about this is that the HPT-370/370A reference driver has been reverted back in version. The new version @ HighPoint is 2.0.0919; a few days before it was 2.0.1019. And no this is no typo; I checked the files.

VIA just released a new driver set for those systems utilizing the VIA Southbridge with integrated audio function. These drivers are now M$ certified for all Windows OSes. Download VT686A/B and VT8321 drivers or Windows 9X/2K/NT/ME/XP & Linux RedHat 7.1

WinOsCentral have received word on an NVIDIA Detonator 22.xx hack. If u have noticed that NVidia have now removed support for enhanced CPU instruction sets in the newer Detonator 22.xx releases then this might be an interesting read.

Today a new set of Nvidia detonator drivers emerged on the web. It's version number 22.80. Files are dated 26/10/01. User reports state that the drivers give an average 5% performance increase in games. Download local Here is a comparison on the two fastest drivers there is. Check it out here. Creative Labs has some new PCI 128 drivers on their server for your download pleasure. Hit the WinXP support page: CL WinXP Support As the filename PCI128_WME_W2K_XP_Drv.zip suggests these are also for Win ME/2K if not even for 95/98. Try them out, discuss them in our forum or simply leave a comment. Update: Creative Asia has posted driver updates for SB PCI128 for Win9x, WinNT4 and Win2K with date set 6th November 2001. Check these out if you want to.
