To access Threads, simply log in using your Instagram account. You can create posts that are up to 500 characters long and can include links, photos, and videos up to 5 minutes in length.

Your Threads feed will show posts from people you follow as well as recommended content from new creators you haven't discovered yet. You can share a Threads post to your Instagram story or share your own post as a link on any other platform you prefer.
