Tomorrow, a new copyright law starts in Germany and Austria, with the whole EU member countries to follow in the next months. This law prohibits any report about software which helps users to copy CD's / DVD's which are copy - protected. That means, we are not allowed to report about tools like CloneCD, Alcohol Software, CloneyXXL and others.
Our server is based in the Netherlands but we are not sure if this keeps us clear from the law being effective, because our homes and offices are based in Germany. For legal reasons we (have to) stop posting about this type of software from tomorrow. Our attorneys are instructed to find out what we can post and what not.
The new law was a "suggestion" of our lovely music industry. You are welcome to leave a comment in our forums.
