Windows XP drivers for the Hauppauge WinTV series are available for download on the Hauppauge site.

WinTV running under Windows XP has a new feature called de-interlacer. This feature improves the video quality of TV running on your PC screen. For example, if you've noticed lines in your TV picture when watching a football game, or when watching a news ticker, the WinTV's new de-interlacer will remove the lines.

De-interlacer requires the latest WinTV driver for Windows XP and the latest WinTV application, which are listed here.
