Bzzt! Image Editor can rotate, resize, compress, and convert images in an easy-to-use interface.

The main window allows you to drag and drop or browse to the images you want to modify. At the bottom, you can expand for additional settings laid out as Output, Edit, and Settings.

Under Output, you can select JPEG or PNG, quality percentage, output locations, and additional compression. The output quality is a slider from 0-00%. Output location lets you overwrite the original, same folder but renamed or select a custom folder. Finally, additional compression has the choice of lossy (smaller filesize) or lossless (better quality).

Under the Edit tab, you can choose the size by width and height, aspect ratio, and only resize if larger. Rotate settings include 90 and 180 degrees clockwise and 90 degrees counterclockwise.

Finally, the Settings tab allows you to set Bzzt! Image Editor above all Windows, choose from a handful of languages and automatically check for updates.

Bzzt! Image Editor's interface is easy for anyone who wants to rotate, resize, compress, and convert their images.
