I'm from Germany and on T-DSL too and i have at least at THIS moment no problems with all these things you listed (except www.microsoft.com). But your right everything seems quite slow...
same probs, same connection as rancho BUT different sites. i guess it's just a coincidence in some of my frequently accessed sites not being accessable for a short time...
I'm in canada. I to could not access microsofts site today and the internet is unusually slow. I personally think that the U.S military is flooding the lines with satallite imagery (and has been on and off for a month now!), thats why it's slower. They have been complaining on the news that they don't have enough bandwith. Anyways, just a thought. See ya :)
got the same problem. germany - t-online isdn.
i can only access microsoft's subdomains like windowsupdate and so on... dunno.
maybe t-online war against microsoft? ;)

winamp, ve3d and microsoft could see 'em all.
Maybe just too much users on the site or on your router/proxy or whatever.
