I got an X-Fi right after they came out and the sound quality is a vast improvement and I've never had the first problem with it. Before that, I had an Audigy which also worked well and a Live! which was a complete POS. So I'd say that they're doing better than they used to.

Creative is monopoly (dominant on market) ... there is no need they bother about customers, bug or issues ... seriously i wonder why theirs ass is not sued all the time and why they were allowed to buy out some first (as in that time they were already dominating)
