So no need to download 2.42 if you already have 2.41

Well, the IDE driver caused a lot of problems for people, like making games with certain copy protection like Battlefield 1942 not work. These seem to have fixed that. Maybe they'll release some soon with actual working IDE drivers :-/ MY BATTLEFIELD STILL DOES NOT WORK SOME ONE HELP!!!! I uninstalled ALL nvidia drivers on my system and I also un installed IDE drivers from device manager and its still not working, plz help

HAH!!! I mixed the drivers I went to "Manually install drivers" the drivers from the 2.04's or what ever were still resident in the system So I went to device manager and installed the NForce2 MCP IDE controller now EVERYTHING WORKS FINE!
