NVidia has done a great job with the control panel on these new drivers. There's now a global Fast - Blend - High Quality open that sets both D3d and OGL with just one slider. The same goes for FSAA, no more going through both d3d and ogl to set individual settings.

Hmm I just installed on 2 XP systems here (Both had 40.72 installed before) and the control panels look fine. Check the file list in the control panel and make sure they are all the same version, the 40x drivers sometimes have trouble and use an older control panel .dll which causes problems. Do you have sp1 installed? if you put it on after the drivers it's known to mess then up for not being MS ceritified.
