Doh! So a virus needs only to stealth itself as win.com or system.exe and your computer would go up in flames? Virus scanners ignore a lot of programs as it is. One more won't make things a whole lot worse. Besides, it's easier to pretend to be a windows executable than it is to be some top secret, unknown program.
