Jeeze! I don't quite get what Gundeep Hora was trying to say in that three page rant other than, "There is a lot of product fragmentation and it has got me all confuzled!". Really. :(

yes he did ... but its true the biggest problem is that those numbers do not reflect performance degree ... e.g. 6800LE vs 6600GT or GF2 GF3 and GF4MX and many more examples ...

They need to apply the same naming conventions to graphics cards, e.g. Radeon 5 Budget, Radeon 5 Family, Radeon 5 Gamer. Again, this is simple to understand & you ought to be able to determine which version is for you right away, without checking specs or any of that.
