Feel free to throw me any questions you may have my way.

Honestly I hate being tethered by a mouse cord, but to answer your question, this mouse is so new Logitech hasn't put it on their site yet.

Just tried it, and no it does no such thing in IE6 with WinXPSP2, at least, not on mine. Mine does not hiccup at all, but I don't know what kind of surface you were using it on. Perhaps it is your setup because not one person I've heard using this mouse has had those issues so far. Then again, maybe you got a bad one. I'm surprised your CompUSA already had them by the way. Thanks for the compliment!

No word from Logitech, but I hope they do something about the MX900, I hated it because Bluetooth doesn't have near the bandwidth/speed for smooth performance compared to the others in the series.

yeah I think the mouse pointer jump is due to the reflectiveness of the mousepad (this sometimes happens on my mx700). Unless of course you have a cloth mouse pad or something.

Trust me on the Bluetooth, if you were to go to a MX700 or MX1000 you would notice the smoothness immediately in comparison to the MX900. I swear to you this is the truth.

No you have no idea what you are talking about, the wireless technology is flawless in response time and can go toe to toe with the MX510's response. The difference is the MX1000 is more accurate than even the MX510.

That is the accuracy, not the transmission speed. There is a large difference in what you are talking about and what we are talking about. The accuracy of a MX510 is better than the MX700, but the MX1000 is more accurate than the MX510.

You are lucky to have found an MX1000. Newegg sold all of theirs a little after the review surfaced.

There is one, not others at Nvnews, from what I've seen, and I am also one that does not have these scroll issues.

I hope they make a cord version available. Batteries simply dont fit in a stationary environment for me. They are far more nuisance than a cord will ever be.
