Version 1 also worked with Win XP Pro for me. Version 2 is a nice interface improvement & seems to be working well. Menu allows for mute operation & setting screen startup display to none. Adds shortcut for windows media player in main menu. Excellent tool, allows for display of all important info, readouts of cpu speed, memory usage, & more. Easy OC of your Nvidia card. Advise you to uninstall ver 1, before installing ver 2.
