I found this about a week ago, posted at my own site, hmm, I would not try this. It's quite weird once you change it, like it would take awhile to get use to it, but hey, do whatever you want, make sure to save your registry before you do it, so you can simply go back to normal.

I got hell lag GUI+ and refresh rate bug in XP, but the thing doesn't appear in W2K Honestly I feel there is 30% faster in playing games in @W2K
