lol is this a joke or what?? Why do they keep modifying drivers for old nvidia refresh rate fix? everyone should use the "new" nvrefreshtool it works with all recent drivers and it's the same exact thing

The DXdiag that comes with Direct X 9 says these aren't WHQL?
