this is SBA2_PCWDRV_LB_1_84_55-R1.exe it is nearly 100% identical to the "old" SBA2_PCWDRV_LB_1_84_55.exe the only thing different are some license files so no need to download em ... or get the OpenAL beta driver which are more recent then these

yes, anytime you post that stupid comment so please keep this for yourselfe and STFU this is a "new" driver release there is absolutely NO reason to critize this unless the driver is fully non-working just ignore creative news ... please

I profess my ignorance, I've never heard of those...do they have the same functions as the Creative ones for gaming?

Dang it, does anyone remember the trick to get the regular Creative drivers to see an OEM Audigy2? It drives me nuts! :?

if you mean the OpenAL driver ??? its an official beta driver from creative the same as above with extended OpenAL support for games and especially for Doom3 (EAX4 support) just click the link above and wath below this driver

erm it should work but you must install the drivers in the right order ... 1st your CD which contains ?!?!?!?! (check ctaud2k.sys) then install EAX 4 driver then upgrade to this one ... but the EAX4 driver is neccessary!
