Laser Cut Fan Grills @ Computerchaos.net
One of the first things we noticed was how heavy the grills were. After opening the package this became pretty self explanitory, they were about twice as thick as the other grills we have looked at. The design we received may not be optimized for maximum air flow, but it's our opinion that they do provide adequate airflow and that they look very sweet!

Tyan Tachyon G9700 Pro Review
[H]ardOCP has posted their review of the highly anticipated Tyan Radeon 9700 Pro graphics card. Sporting a unique cooler unit, a blue PCB and hardware monitoring you may want to find out what this fellow is able to do. Here's a snip: One very important feature of this card, one that we mentioned earlier, is the hardware monitoring. The software can monitor the voltage, temperature, and regulate fan speed on this video card. Unfortunately, our card is an engineering sample and does not have the hardware monitoring that the production boards will have. [...] Tyan Tachyon G9700 Pro overclocking is probably what most of you want to hear about. I don't know where the rumor about it started, but there was a lot of talk about the Tyan 9700 Pro card coming clocked at an overclocked state, near 400MHz at default. Well, that isn?t the case; this card is not overclocked by default. It comes clocked at the standard 325MHz core and 620MHz DDR memory speed. Tyan 9700 Pro Review
ASUS V9180VS GeForce4 MX440-8X
Today Beyond3D is looking at ASUS?s V9180 Video Suite GeForce4 MX440-8x Card, based on the newer NV18 NVIDIA graphics core?...here's a snip.

The NV25 chip that powered GeForce4 Ti became NV28 and the NV17 chip that was GeForce4 MX moves up to NV18

Sapphire ATLANTIS 9700 PRO Ultimate Edition
Just got word that the guys over @ FiringSquad have posted their review of Sapphiretech's new Atlantis 9700 Pro "Ultimate Edition" graphics card! Here's a snip.
All of that ?active cooling? business goes out the window with Sapphire?s ATLANTIS PRO Ultimate, as the card?s most distinguishing characteristic is its biggest feature. That is, Sapphire has implemented an oversized passive cooler to compensate for the absence of a cooling fan. It isn?t just any cooler, either. The card features Zalman?s ZM80 series VGA Heat Pipe Cooler. The heat sink assembly is comprised of a large front and a comparably sized back section. A gold plated copper heat pipe connects the two sections, transferring heat through a constant condensation ? evaporation cycle

Steelpads Review
The Steelpad has some good and some bad sides. One of the good things about it is the material it?s made of, aluminium. Another good thing is that the pad looks very cool! One of the downsides of the pad is the noise, the pad makes lot?s of noise when you?re moving your mouse on it. And then another thing , which is good and bad together :p , the pad always feels cold. This would be very good in summer but now in winter it feels too cold.

The guys over @ Overclockers.co.nz have posted their review of Triplex's Millennium Silver GeForce 4 Ti4600! Now if I wasn't waiting for the Geforce Fx this would be the Nvidia graphics card I would choice! Here's a snip.
The highest working speed is 320Core/760Memory. I was not able to push the speed any higher without random lock ups. This is pretty average among the Ti-4600 cards with similar specifications.

ASUS P4PE, P4GE-V, P4S8X Motherboard Roundup
Today Beyond3D rounds up a few ASUS P4 boards and puts them through their paces! there looking at ASUS?s P4PE, P4GE-V and P4S8X motherboards?here's a snip
Even though the 845PE chipset offers integrated 10/100 Ethernet LAN support, ASUS have opted to go one further here and offer BroadCom's Gigabit LAN controller. The Intel chipset doesn't natively support IEEE1394 and so ASUS have included VIA's VT6307 IEEE1394 controller so that the motherboard has this functionality. Also on hand is a Promise Serial ATA controller offering support for up to two Serial ATA ports.

Logitech MX500 Optical Mouse
Just got word that Computer Chaos have posted their review, which looks @ a sweet new mouse from Logitech: the MX500 optical mouse for those that can't afford the MX700 cordless optical mouse like me...
The comfort and feel of this mouse is very nice. One way we can think of supplying a comparison would be to say that the difference in speed and accuracy provided by this mouse compares to the difference in moving from a cloth mouse pad to a quality mousing surface. If you are editing graphics you will find the precision of the optical sensors far superior to earlier mice. If you are fragging your buddies ass online you should find improved accuracy and movement so it should give you a couple extra frags here and there.

Just got word that The Naked Review have posted their review of Matrix's Orbital BLK202A-WB-4BR LCD display! Here's a snip.
My first impression was this thing is very well built. Everything was wrapped nicely and the LCD and panel had no defects or scratches of any kind. That's what I like to see. More than that though, it simply looked awesome
