Published by Newsfactory 0

Xbitlabs takes a look at a very interesting and unusual product, which stands out among other NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti4600 based cards. I am talking about eVGA e-GeForce4 Ti4600. This solution boasts excellent quality, TV-input and output, good performance in games, a solid software bundle. But the most exciting thing is certainly the 3rd generation Asymmetric Cooling System (ACS3).

Bartons and AMD CPU Info

Published by Newsfactory 0

I was just over @ Overclockers.com and I see they have posted some details of upcoming barton CPU....Here's a snip.

Higher Numbers Doesn't Mean More Speed AMD will tack on a couple hundred points to the old PR to account for the increased cache Barton will have (and its 166MHz FSB). This is perfectly legitimate, but will create the anamoly of the 2500+ Barton actually running at a lower speed than the 2400+ TBred, leading no doubt to shock and denunciations from the conceptually challenged.

Mac and PC, All in One; The Monster Machine

Published by Newsfactory 0

I love my Mac and I love my PC, but what I don't love is having two monitors, two keyboards, and two mouses. Switching back and forth has become a royal pain. And since Jobs and Gates probably won't be releasing a Mac/PC combo box any time soon, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Read More Flexbeta

Asus A7N8X Deluxe Review @ DH!

Published by [NT] 1

David @ DriverHeaven has recently posted a kick-ass review of the latest nForce 2 motherboard from ASUS. Its a A7N8X Deluxe board, one of if not the best motherboards on the market right now.

"The A7N8X Deluxe is all we could want from an nForce2 motherboard, and then some. If you can?t see yourself spend this much on a motherboard, try to understand what all this board offers. To begin, you won?t need to purchase an add-on sound card ? nForce2?s APU is already a powerhouse DSP and the board offers 5.1-channels of audio through either analog or digital outputs..."

The Firingsquad have posted their look @ which sound solution is better Creative Labs Audigy 2 or Nvidia's nForce2 MCP with SoundStorm!

Our dream gaming card would obviously be an Audigy 2 with Dolby Digital Interactive Content Encoding? or would that be an nForce2 with better performance and a flatter frequency response curve?
