These are modified/hacked ATI Catalyst drivers. The drivers have been optimized with two things in mind, better Image Quality and more/stable frames per second when compared to the official Catalyst drivers from ATI!

NGO Radeon x800pro Softmod?

The NGO Group are sorry for the inconvince, they had some major issues in the last release, regarding the softmods they are working on it. updates will be posted as soon as possible. (X800 Beta testers NEEDED)

The Chinese site ynbear.com had a go at installing NGO's Radeon x800pro Softmod! and have thrown up their report.
