The Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility installs to the target system the Windows* INF files that outline to the operating system how the chipset components will be configured. This is needed for the proper functioning of the following features:

Gigabyte released a CK343 driver package containing new AGP and SMBUS drivers :
DriverVer = 05/27/2003, 3.4.3 (both drivers)
-> Package contains older network and IDE-drivers - I recommend manual install of AGP/SMBUS drivers only ! Grab the drivers here : Win98/ME - Win2000 - WinXP
Edit:it's possible Network drivers are 3.4.3,too but using older .INF files (I have no nForce board to check this)

PowerVR released new generic drivers for their Kyro-1 and Kyro-2 VGA cards. Tagged as driver 2.1 (Build 2.01.21.0007) it is available for Win9x/W2K/XP and Linux. -> No words about improvements - maybe better game compatibility (I hope for EA games)
