NO, these are NOT the Catalyst 3.8 based drivers that I released on 10/08, this is an entire new version of the drivers (newer than the Cat 3.8), but they are NOT the Catalyst 3.9. I have updated the drivers to version 2.4.96a to fix some minor problems that where present in the original release, see the readme for details.

* Fixed the TV out problems. (2k/XP)
* Fixed the refresh rates at high resolutions. (2k/XP)
* Removed the 9700->9800 soft mod, is no longer needed, ATI seems to have
added the R350 optmizations to the R300 chipset in this set. (2k/XP)
