v5.615.716.2004 dated on 7/16/2004.
It has some new power management and performance features you can modify in the device manager.
note: you must verify to install optional components during windows update, just browse the left panel there.

the WHQL WindowsUpdate are drivers are older but stable.
You can try the newest version at your own risk.
The Installer supports Win x64 too.
