I enjoy the warp2 site a great deal, but I don't appreciate the threats of legal action. First of all, the chances of you actually having a case against anyone who posts a comment you don't agree with on a public forum is SLIM TO NONE, and second of all, you and I both know that you're not really going to go through the hassle of paying for a lawyer and trying to actually put a case together based on what, an IP address?
Don't alienate your readers any further. Install a swear filter and be the mature administrators that I, up until recently, believed you guys to be.
