Gegenwärtig werden sowohl die GeForce FX 5700 und FX 5700 Ultra mit DDR und GDDR2 Speicher verbaut. Obwohl es gegenwärtig DDR-Chips gibt, die mit 1.0 GHz effektivem Speichertakt arbeiten, läuft die gegenwärtige Ultra-Version mit nochmals schnellerem GDDR2-Speicher.
Ãœber die Gründe für die Änderung am Design kann nur zur Zeit nur spekuliert werden. GDDR3 ist eine Weiterentwicklung seines Vorgängers. yeah.....but why should they use ddr3, if ddr 2 isn´t so puplic/ for the masses....so, i don´t belive in ddr3 now

na no problem ... if ya look for spec of DDR1 2 and 3 they are all pretty much the same not something totally awesome like SD to DDR
