PHP 8.0 removed from Debian 11

A new Debian Linux update has been published: PHP 8.0 removed from Debian 11

The upcoming Debian GNU/Linux 11 (Bullseye) release will come with PHP 7.4 instead of PHP 8.0. The reason for sticking with the older PHP release is the better support for security backports.
